宋凤瑞,曾担任中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,现为广东粤港澳大湾区黄埔材料研究院核心科学家。博士生导师,长春市优秀人才,中国质谱学会常务理事,药物质量分析与过程控制分会常务理事,中国医药生物技术协会药物分析分会委员。《药学学报》、《质谱学报》等期刊编委。作为项目负责人完成及正在承担的国家自然科学基金项目6项,省部级科研项目及横向课题30余项;参与973计划及重大新药创制等项目多项。获得吉林省科技进步一等奖4项,二等奖3项,三等奖2项;中国中西医结合学会科学技术二等奖1项,吉林省自然科学学术成果二等奖1项。近年来发表论文300余篇,参编《中药质谱分析》等专著2部。授权发明专利50余项。
宋凤瑞教授及其团队自九十年代起相继开展人参成分分析、人参加工工艺优化、人参压热过程中成分转化及互作机制研究等相关工作,建立了人参皂苷及其寡糖的快速质谱表征方法,开发了人参加热、压热、pH调控及密闭压热加工工艺,阐明了人参高温处理过程中的人参皂苷转化规律为中、高分子量人参皂苷含量降低,生成了鲜参中含量稀少的小分子量人参皂苷,并阐明了C-20糖基水解生成次级皂苷的反应机理。发现了热加工过程中鲜参中的麦芽糖和氨基酸发生了美拉德反应,生成了新的氨基酸衍生物。与吉林省人参科学研究院合作,完成了吉林省重大科技攻关项目—《吉林省人参药材、饮片及配伍组方物质基础和质量控制中标准化关键技术研究》
